A total remodel of Kitchen and Bath

We worked with our engineer to safely move walls.

This kitchen was dated, with a strangely angled peninsula with the stone propped up with a rod. We moved the refrigerator wall and relocated the fridge. We added a new island, tile backsplash, all new appliances, a vented range hood. All new laminate flooring throughout the first floor. We swapped the footprint of the powder room so the door was opened off the laundry hallway instead of right off the front entry. We dropped the ceiling to add all new lighting including pendants over the new island.
